Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SPPMCI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of Site Content, your violation of the rights of a third party, and any negligent acts, omissions or intentional wrongdoing by you.
